The following two pictures show two different US fuzes with a red filled "0" or "O" stamping. I've never seen or heard of this before and wonder if anyone has information on these marks? Depotman

In Holland we put an O in and a number to be sure it is FFE

Chris

Hi @Chris,
what word, if any, does the red "O" stand for. In WW2 german ammunition/fuzes a red "U" = "Unterricht" is stamped to mark inert classroom items.
Bellifortis.

Bellifortis the O stands for Onschadelijk it means that all explosive components have been removed and it is save to use them for instruction or for other things like in the pictures
