What AZ23 is it?

So what do I have here? bought it from Poland some 6 years ago and put it away. Now the time is right to try and sort it out. My only reference for this is "Handbook of enemy ammunition" of which I do have all the pamphlets. The closest in style is the klAZ23 but that is too short and too small. The rest of the AZ23 fuzes shown have a body made out of two or three bits where as mine is a single piece. Also they have raised collar at the top, mine does not, plus two slot in the side of the cone. No slots in mine. I have added some photos with sizes. Any help most welcome..... thank you ....Paul.
