What does TSB mean?

Please excuse my ignorance but what does PTTF mean and what does it relate to?
 
Thanks. I'm still none the wiser about the meaning of TSB for such a fuze. Do you have a photo that shows the marking? In what context are the letters TSB used?

Pete,

TSB is what we use in the Dutch language as an abbrevation and it means:

TijdSchokBuis

Englisch translating will be Time Percussion Fuze.

The only thing I can think of is Time Setting Bezel which would be the number dial that is rotated to select the proper time of functioning.
