It looks like a high voltage cable shoe, but the hole is missing. It does however have a broad arrow.
Hwo can tell me what it is?

Bren gun combination tool used with the Mark II and later issued guns. Mark I pattern is more like a Swiss Army Knife with several fold out bladed tools, a hammer on the end and socket wrench and box wrench in the handle body. Mark I pattern values around $100-$150 in the USA while that Mark II pattern is usually $10-$20 over here.
