As we know, during WW1 Russiam empire had huge problems with quantity of ammo for everything and for artillery too. Empire ordered fuzes in the USA and wanted to buy plants for producing in empire. Agents visited American plants and made reports about it. Probably for someome would be interesting to see it, few years ago I found it on russian website with empire archive documents of Great War. Creatures added documents for free, but with big watermarks.

Sadly I am unable to find the alamy pages at the nara. Maybe they are from a different archive because they don't have the typical nara signature stamp.
