Any idea what the marking of the crown and SA under it stand for? I thought it might be a proof marking? Or manufacturing?

So what does Suomi Armeija stand for? Is that a unit marking or just Finish Army marking?

This is definitely not a Finnish marking. SA ( Suomen Armeija = Finnish Army ) always is inside a square stamp, further never in combination with a crown.
Also we never had this fuze in use.

Could this be a Norwegian marking as plenty of these have appeared on market from Norway in the past? They, as well as Swedes and Danes have used crown stamp widely.

The Germans have used crowns as well as proof markings. Could this be an old German marking that was remarked with the eagle during that regime?

German crown was used in Imperial time. This fuze is made in 1943 ( also developed in early 1940's I believe ).
