BOCN Guess what it is

Mmm..... don't know much about bullets but seems standard to me, Radway Green, 1960 (an early date) NATO mark, L2A2 std ball round ? Only thing that looks different to me is that the case may have been copper coated, maybe a proof round ?

It is copperwashed but no to the rest Tony

You got it Rob,a Chinese copperwashed steel cased clandestine round,I think intended for use in Africa.

Over to you mate

Linked ballast dummy rounds? The links look like 30x113B ADEN so I guess the rounds are too.

For a hand grenade, or a rifle grenade? Frag rings for a French Rifle Grenade, or a Belgian Rocket Assisted Rifle Grenade?

No, no and no.
It is a regular production item, no "war time emergency issue" or the like.

Hint: look east and exclude Russia & China

On 27 Oct. in the evening I will post the item if no positive ID has been posted here by then. (otherwise we may get stuck here and it will become boring for the people)
