French fuze WW1?

Hi,
I wonder if anyone can help me in identifying this fuze. It is a 24/31 fit so I assume it is French and WW1 period. It is not centrifugally armed (in my opinion) so that leads me to think it is a mortar fuze. The attached photos show the fuze.

Regards,

Hello,

it's a french 24/31 mm Mle.1899-1908 percussion fuze (Systeme Robin).

You are right it has no centrifugal safety system but it is still an artillery fuze.
