No.117C fuze colour band help

Please see the attached photos of a 117C MkIV fuze (the 117C was a 119 assembled as a direct action only, omitting the graze element).
The remains of a yellow band and dark green circle are evident. (the green colour doesn’t showIMG_0293.jpegIMG_0294.jpegIMG_0295.jpeg too well in the photo).
Does anyone know what the colour band & green circle indicated? Did all 117C fuzes have these markings?

The yellow band is to negate the knurled ring. The latter would normally identify it as a 119. The disc might be a the remnants of a weight correction factor.

Ok to that Tim, that makes sense. Would the green disc be marked in some way or just left blank to identify a weight difference?
