No.117C fuze colour band help

Please see the attached photos of a 117C MkIV fuze (the 117C was a 119 assembled as a direct action only, omitting the graze element).
The remains of a yellow band and dark green circle are evident. (the green colour doesn’t show too well in the photo).
Does anyone know what the colour band & green circle indicated? Did all 117C fuzes have these markings?

The yellow band is to negate the knurled ring. The latter would normally identify it as a 119. The disc might be a the remnants of a weight correction factor.

Ok to that Tim, that makes sense. Would the green disc be marked in some way or just left blank to identify a weight difference?

It's normally a number or "L" or "LL"
(Light or very light)

Here you have the L or LL. I thought that I had read somewhere that the green circle around the screw was meant to indicate the series got declared obselete. must have seen this somewhere in these hundreds of leaflets out there. Please correct me if I'm wrong, I am but a mere apprentice.

That’s really useful collector, I’ve never come across the white L markings before. Between you all a much better picture of the less well known markings on these fuzes is being built up. Thank you
