I can't find anything about this fuze or the maker, can anyone help, what shell it goes on and the initials S&W, thanks

Thanks for your input guys, i found a pic on my phone showing a 3" / 4" stokes mortar with the fuze on, it was replaced with the always fuze which proved much better and reliable.
